2730 classic...not enough memory

i changed the battery of my 2730 classic, and my phone was restored to factory settings. some files on my memory card got corrupted, my messages dissapeared, and the worst of it all is that i cannot play music or videos. whenever i try to, i get a message 'not enough memory'. also, after customising my menu and shortcuts, it gets reset if i switch off the fone and switch it back on.
