I had recently reset my phone with the "*#7370#" command to take care of other issues, and now I have only made bigger ones. I am using the E71 and my software is up to date. (as far as I know) >500.21.009... but the preblem is when i go to install the ovi store, at the end of the installation I get this "file not found" message, The OVI Store is in my applications list in the phone, but when I Try and select the OVI Store icon nothing happens, as if I'm not even selecting anything.

Hope someone can help. I've been digging up information on this for quite some time now and havent got anything yet.

oh, and I have alwso looked into Re-installing my software update, but... I have yet to figure out how to do that. If that would help my issue, and someone could give me the steps in doing so that would be great..

Same here. My phone refused to boot suddely and I had to hard-reset it to make it work. Now it won't install Ovi Store or Nokia Store. Also QuickOffice and PDF-reader is gone. Anyone know how to get these apps back on the phone? What is backup really for when it doesn't back up important stuff!!!!

hi i have n8 last week i update my mobil to nokia bele its very good but icant download any apps becuase when i press the store icon i stuck very long time in welcome screen without stopping and its downloading until i off my mobil realy am sad and idont know what is the problem and what imake to solve it
