ovi store returns policy

hi

i just recently found out that ovi store doesnt give return for app if returned back to them within a certain time. i think this a really bad negative point against their competitors such as andriod. on android u can return an app that you downloaded within 15 minutes. but ovi only give you a return if the app isnt working. even if you dont like the app you basically have to keep up with it.

In fact I had suggested long ago that Nokia (then OVI) Store should have a policy in place with the Developers that for each and every paid application, there should be a FULL FUNCTION TRIAL VERSION. In both the cases that you have mentioned ( wether it works OK or user doesn't like it) there is no need to go into the hassle of any RETURN..

Refer this thread ..

BTW I never got any refund for a Non-working application mentioned there-in..
