nokia store /earlier ovi store gives error unable to connect to server

it tries to connect via multimedia acess point not via internet access point

phone nokia e5

internet destination/acces point defined correctly

browsing works fine on same phoe using default as well as opera

connected to nokia suite reinstalled store application yet it does not work...
