About a week ago they reset my whole nokia E71 and now i cant download the ovi store. its telling me file not found.. also before this happened i lost a few apps and couldnt redownload them. can anyone help me? thank you!

go to www.ovi.mobi and the service list go to ovi store.if this page has no ovi store service you have to understand that your phone is not support ovi store.
If your mobile is a multimedia phone go to menu application selet collection or go to menu and selet download open the sotware and download ovi store. Or go to your web browser and go store.ovi.com. The software is free
