cannot update nokia C7 to Symbian ANNA

i have tried many times to update to anna however is came out an error code 12014. 

and then after i have reinstalled the ovi suite i came ot a different error code 12017

 

Nokia Ovi Suite version is 3.1.1.85

i have already tried different cable plug. but it doesnt seems to work properly. or it is a bad idea to update to anna so far.

Well, I cannot update to Anna, period.I am a T-Mobile USA customer and no one seams to know that Anna exist, I called T mobile customer service to find out were to download the new update and she didn't have a clue of what I was talking about.;I also tried the NOKIA USA webpage and no link available either.
