Unable to open ovi store

I have just bough Nokia x2-01 handset...
Since i am unable to open ovi store which is in built in the handset.
Even i am unable to create new account too.
Whenever i have tried its shown that connection failed, but i am able to do surfing via opera so it seems that all the internet setting or connectivity is allright.
I am getting try again option but it is also waterise so i can not click on it.
Help to resolve the problem.
