I think this post is useful, no i can know if there's someone else in Mexico with the same problem, please keep posting Country: Mexico Operator: Telcel Phone(s): N95-3, 5800, E71 Confirmation SMS: Yes Sync Info SMS: No Tried manual conf.: Yes Manual conf. Worked: No (invalid username or password)

They say the mobile operator blocks the SMS, but they are stupid enough to not allow manual configuration, which will be cheaper and easier in case you don't get the SMS, which is the case of thousands of people.
