The problem is neither Ovi servers nor T-Mobile but the phone itself. You must change your message settings to receive reports (you may also have to change the preferred connection to "packet data", it seems to vary). After changing these settings send the settings via the normal Ovi instructions. Then you have to power down the phone. After rebooting the phone, your settings should arrive in your inbox. If this does not work, remove your phone from Ovi, the process again only this time remove and replace your sim card before rebooting.
