I ve Reinstalled firmware of my nokia 5800.

Before installation i ve synchronised my data with ovi sync via wifi.

Now after reinstallaton . ive synchronised with ovi sync btu im unable to get my dtata back.Can anyone help

you just go to https://exportcontacts.ovi.com sign in with your credentials,then you can download your contacts to your pc.save it and restore your contacts with ovi suit

I have the same problem. I managed to down load csv-file from the server but I cant understand how to restore it to phone via ovi suit. Please give me detailed instructions on this.

Confirmed. It's working now after 3 (!) days. Don't know what the **** they did in these 3 days, when the problem could be fixed in hours. So, now I know that that's true: "Nokia - never again". Admin's please delete this message so nobody read it - I know you are so kind. Thanks.
