Hello! :-) Why I can't put a new payment card? When I sign in my account I go to Account>Payment settings>Add a new payment method. When I click "Add a new payment method" it says "There's no any payment method in this country". That's why I can't buy items from the Ovi Store. I'm from Philippines. Why there is no payment method here in the Philippines? :/ Thanks. :-D
