Contact Nokia Store support with the purchase details .(Name of application, Cost, Transaction ID, Date, etc..) and they may send you fresh download link ...

Re: Ovi has stealt my money

@frankfurtammain

Bear in mind for future reference that unless seasonal offer at Nokia Store, although it might be very convenient it is quite often cheaper to purchase directly from QuickOffice; however if purchased via Nokia Store it could be downloaded a maximum of 10 times whereas it is I think 5 directly from QuickOffice link after purchase but I may be wrong.

No clues as to what device you are trying to install but upon some Symbian Anna devices you might have to un-install existing version and re-boot before latest version will install.

If I've helped in any way, a click upon the white star at bottom right of screen would always be appreciated.

However if my answer also solves your problem clickingbelow it will benefit other users!

Re: Ovi has stealt my money

Nearly agree tha the store or the third party companies are stealing our money... Normally like Nokia said the number of downloads should be 10, but even some companies after you download once and for some reason you do a hard reset to your phone want us to paid again the content, specially Electronic Arts...

Already sent a letter to the supports guys to see if they are to solve my really BIG issue, lot of money spend and now they want again to spend my money? Let's see if I can get a valid answer and at least they can send me the SIS files.
