Nokia E7 keeps crashing

Nokia E7 keeps crashing

I have recently updated my software to the 022.014 but ever since I have done this my phone keeps crashing and sometimes I loose all my applications on the home screens I have! Also the themes keep on disappearing and have to keep on setting it again.

Does anyone know if there is a fix for this?
