I can't find any way of actually contacting ovi i have had to format my memory card and as such lost all my apps , trying to get them back but it tells me i have to pay for the apps i have already paid for !! any assistance would be greatly appreciated

Welcome to the forum!

 

Try going to http://www.ovi.com/services/ Sign-in and go to "Contact us" and a form to enter details should be revealed; include transaction ID from Email sent to you on purchase and why you need a new link sent and hopefully SMS with included application(s) link will be sent to you.

If I've helped in any way, a click upon the white star at bottom right of screen would always be appreciated.
