Whenever I do, I get this bounce back:

This message and no other way to contact Ovi makes it very difficult to deal when purchased apps fail and they make you rebuy it to try again!
Yes, I'm making multiple threads to someone will take notice of these issues!

Yes, I have managed to contact Ovi support.
In the Ovi.com support page you will notice a "contact us" button.
Use the form to tell them your problem, and they will get back to you.
Hope this helps.

That's what one would think... When I send in a request, I get this emailed to me:

There does seem to be a problem as bounces back for me too.
Have you tried calling nokia care in your country to see if they can help?
You can find the numbers through the "contact us" tab near the top this page.

I sure have.. They told me they had no way to communicate with Ovi.. He also told me if it bounces back again, put URGENT in the subject line and they'll respond faster.
Nokia's support is utterly useless

I agree, when financial transactions are taking place they seriously need to sort out the system.
Hopefully a nokia employee like the user "erga" will see your post and offer assitance ASAP.

The crazy part about it all is, it has prompted me to CANCEL my N97 order and go with the new iPhone as Apple clearly has it figured out how to deal with financial transactions..

You cannot write directly to these addresses. These are the addresses that you will see if you receive reply to an e-mail you sent via the "Contact us" pages - each e-mail sent through the systems used in our Nokia Care call centres has a code in the subject field which ensures that your reply is correctly routed; but with no such code the mail will not reach the destination.
All e-mails to Nokia Care have to be sent via "Contact us" or in reply to a mail that you have received from Nokia Care. Any attempt to send a new mail to these addresses will fail.

Thats entirely your choice, bit of an over-reation if you ask me. I'm sure that nokia are working hard to fix the problems with the ovi store and users will be refunded, eventually. It does suck that the support is broken but do you really think that a company like nokia would just steal your cash?
Personally I would never touch the apple "lets pretend to be a smartphone" ![]()
That dumbed down "yankphone" has a lot to answer for ![]()

If Nokia would at least have an option to contact them it would be helpful.. I have an iPhone 3G and the support from Apple is like night and day..
Call it a dumbed down smartphone all you want, but, Exchange works flawlessly (Nokia 5800 Mail for Exchange restricts security policies via OWA so it's useless), they have a very mature app store that WORKS, and it essentially does everything an E series device does include the features from the N series devices.
I think if Nokia wants to compete there, they need to have a real online store that is competitive and doesn't leave a sour taste in their customers mouth. At the very least, if I still do get a N97, I will never purchase an app from the Ovi store again.. I'd rather spend more and go direct to the developer than deal with this headache.

That makes no sense whatsoever. Nokia Care should know perfectly well how to contact the Ovi team or any other team within Nokia.
If the Nokia Care center that you called does not, ask them to escalate to their supervisor or the next level of support.

Also, when I go to Contact Us in the upper right, there is no option for Ovi.. The only options I have is:
Device Software Update
Cable Drivers
Nokia Map Manager
Nokia Suites for your PC
iSync
Multimedia Transfer for Mac
Device as a Modem
Beta Labs
Who do I send to for Ovi support?

We had a temporary problem with the form but now it has been fixed.
Could you also send me the information (phone number and maybe name of the person you discussed with) of the contact center you called and got so poor service and I'll pass the feedback on?
