Have to pay to download items I allready own after phone hard reset. It's not fair!

Had to reset my N8 and discovered that the backup in OVI Suite does NOT backup all programs even if you mark that checkbox.

 

Had to download almost everything from the OVI Store again.

 

And some programs then demanded that I pay for them AGAIN (even if they are under "my stuff" and I have allready payed earlier) and some program have disappeared from "my stuff" (like Angry Birds Rio and Seasons) and to download them again I have to pay (even if they were free when I installed them the first time).

 

This is not fair!

 

From now on I will download all things to my PC so I have a backup of the .sis file.

 

I don't trust the OVI Store anymore :-(

You may contact the Support at the OVI Store with the details regarding your purchase...including the Transaction ID and you may receive the link to redownload the application..

BTW how will you download the applications to PC ?
