Getting charged for an item I didn't purchase

I decided to check my bank balance to see if some charges went through on my bank card. Upon checking it I noticed a charge for the amount of $1.58 posted on February 13th. It said it was from www.ovi.com out of Wight Plains, NY (Not an idiot, that's what it said. I know there is no Wight Plains, just a White Plains in NY) a little further down was a purchase for an app I did actually buy in the amount of $2.11 that was posted on February 14th, the day I purchased this app and this app only. After logging into my Nokia Ovi Store account to see what the $1.58 purchase was, the only purchase was for the $2.11 app on February 14th. Below that was a purchase for the amount of $5.00 that was posted in May 2011. No where in any of my purchases was an amount for this $1.58. I know it seems foolish to be upset over a measly amount of money, but it makes me wonder if Ovi Store is charging us double for our app purchases or if there is a scam going on. Anyone else have this issue and if so what did you do?

Re: Getting charged for an item I didn't purchase

Hi sariebelle,

Welcome to the Nokia forum.

If you contact your local Care line, they will be able to check your Ovi account and refund any costs that weren't supposed to be charged to your account. Also check with your bank to see what happened if your Care line can't figure it out.

Hope this helps, let me know how you get on!
