Hi all,
i am using nokia c7-00 with Reliance GSM card in india and trying to purchase a theme of Rs.25 from ovi store using operator billing. When i click on buy and confirm on phone bill payment, the message appears- " Purchase in progress. Confirming payment". Then after 4-5 minutes, a message appears- " We are experiencing problems with the phone bill payment service". This is has been the case since 10-15 days. And i have enough credit in my phone account for purchase. I contacted the network- Reliance customer care but they don't have any idea about this and asked to contact nokia team . Please help regarding this problem.

I have the same problem in Poland, C7-00 with Anna. My network paid for my purchase, but I have not receive my soft. Nokia stealing my money?
