When i load up the Ovi Store i get a error message that reads, " A critical internal service has failed"
Ovi Store then closes and returns me to my menu screen.
Can anyone help? Many thanks.

Did you try re-installing Ovi Store? It may help.

yes i have tried to reinstall it from the installation files, but haven't completly removed it and the reinstalled.
I don't know if this might help, but when i use the web 'n' walk browser, if i touch the options key in the browser, the application just completly stops working and shuts down.
I have no problem using Opera or the UC browsers, nor do i have any problem logging into and using Ovi Maps.
I'm also using the software that came with the phone. There have been no software or firmware updates. I also have the latest Anti Virus app M- Guard installed.

Antivirus? You do not need to install any antivirus program on a Symbian phone. It is totally useless and in most cases it causes problems on the phone... You had better uninstall it.
