Just downloaded the Chat app to my N8 but I'm not able to log in to the Ovi Chat using my @ovi.om email address. Everywhere else the name/password work but here I only always get wrong name/pasword...

even i have the same problem and i tried the "accepting of the policy" here- "t.ovi.com" but still no progress, i still get that "wrong id or password" message and i'm even unable to use the ovi push mail in the mobile(N8-00).

i used to have this issue but i did the following and it helped.
i used to have this issue and then after a couple of logins from desktop then i tried to edit my info u know like (primary email, mob .no. etc)
then i logged out the relogin and found this privacy policy certiff. to accept of ovi and yahoo respectively
also if and only if the chat app it self needs updates please apply it.
if you already did this so i guess it's fine.
coz the nokia chat agent version may also affect login.
