what happens if the phone is disconnected while installing new software????

hi every body,,

i wanna know what would happen if the phone is disconnected (loss of charge or computer restarts kind of that) while updating the software or reinstalling it?????

i heard that the phone will be completely damaged!!!

i think that every damage would happen to my phone ,then i must go to nsc!!

i wanted to know what exactly will affect my phone

my area losses energy a lot...

Hi fazorni

It depends just at what point power is interrupted in update cycle, if it happens just as new firmware is in process of being written to device then situation will not be recoverable. As patriciaanne3 posted, a visit to a Nokia Care Point would then be the only solution to have software re-installed.
