visual radio not working

visual radio not working

i have a nokia n79, 9 months old.

the problem is that my visual radio seems to be not workin. everytime i tune it manually it doesn't work. even when i downloaded the channel list from the internet it fails to respond...

Is it due to some software problem or is it a hardware issue?

and if it's a software issue, will it resolve on updatin the device software?
