this is my second n73 as the 1st had software problems, this new one has the pop port problems like when i connect to pc if moved slightly it disconnects then ask if connecting to pc suite etc, i thought it was just the usb lead but then plugged in the headset and music only comes out one side and i have to wiggle about to get the full sound going through. is it the software or the actual connection part on the phone itself?

i would say its the connection port on the phone.

As coopere said, my doubt is alos on the pop-port connector.

my experience has been to be sure the contacts are clean- both the contacts on the phone and the cable connector

connections are clean, phone is only a week old, definately connection on phone, really dodgy as you have to hold it so still when connected to pc, i didnt think to try it as soon as i got phone but will do with the new phone.
