hey..i kno this was posted before but i can't find it....i have a n78 and the the top speaker stop playin..any ideas?..i live in barbados ..and i purchased it of ebay brand new...i only have it for 2 months...and i was just wondering if there any possible way without sending it away.

For the speaker issue, you will need to bring the phone to the service point for a check. Could be a hardware issue which cannot be rectified by DIY methods. What is the software version you are using anyway? Press *#0000# to do a check.

 

As for the second question, files that would not be uninstalled are being installed in the phone memory or the memory card? If memory card, you can remove it by going into the memory card and remove the files. There are several such files residing in the folders like Private, Resource and Private and you will need to find out where it is being saved. If it is being installed in the phone memory, the only way to remove it is to upgrade the software or do a format on the phone memory. All data will be gone during the process.

service point?..that means i had 2 send it away?....i had v12.046 when it stop working but lately i had updated it to 21.002..and it still isn't working
