sometimes i can't open messages' application

i don't know why but sometimes i can't open the sms page,i click on it and it crashes instantly,so i have to reboot several times the phone until it restart to work. I don't want to do a hard reset on my phone,so i think i'll wait symbian anna,wishing that can risolve this problem...

Is your Messaging folder stuffed with a high no. of messages ? If so delete as many as possible.. If you need to keep them..either back-up or Sync thru' OVI suite.

BTW always provide your device details.. though going by your post it seems an S^3.

OK... so did you try after removing the messages from the phone ?

i removed them, but the crash of message application/menu happen also with 200 messages...
