problem with my social network

so i got a nokia n8 phone and it has been only month since i got it  and I have this problem happening when i try the social network for the first time. it said: "Script alert: Sorry, please uninstall and reinstall Communities" error. What should i do to fix this problem and please tell me step by step on how to do it because i'm kind of stupid with these stuff.

Check software updates in your application folder, there may be an update available for Social App, you couls also try using Ovi Suite to re-install the software on your phone, if no success visit a Nokia Care Point and get them to apply the necessary software !
