i have a problem with entering themes in 5230..when i enter themes suddenly it throw me out...so icant access to my themes...what should i do???

Go to App Manager and look for recently installed themes and remove them (If u installed any) then try to access Themes.
Are u on v20.x.x?

i did that but nothing happen...my software version is  V 20.0.005

I've had that issue once, resetting the phones settings solved it for me.

Dial (like a phone number):  *#7780#   this code will reset the phones settings but will not wipe your data.

im resetting my phone twice but still doesnt enter themes....

Does the problem still happen if you boot the phone without the memory card in?

Have you tried resetting using the *#7370# method that wipes all data and give you a fresh start?

problem solved...i used different image as ma wallpaper..and suddenly it let me enter themes....!!!!!!!!!

how do u set a different image as a wallpaper? Please tell me since I'm having the same exact problem

Go to Settings>personal>themes>wallpapers>select "image" >and choose ur wallpaper.
