Why is my N82 info for ovi mail not getting through to your server?

Also why does purchases to ovi store have difficulty in going through?

and the big question, why does your support have questions for us but does not answer my questions and how do I email questions to you for answers.

Til to date I cannot get my emails sent to my mobile.
