I am very upset with my nokia n97, every since I updated the FW to version  12.0.026   my phone just keep freezing and the touch screen does not even work right. I can't even dial or answer my phone so **bleep** off. Anyone else have this issue ever since the update?

I considered myself fortunate with my N97 it gave me few problems.  However, then I updated the FW to 12 and have the same problems as you.  A lot of freezing and difficulty accessing the internet. I will wait for the next FW update and hope it rectifys the problems.

SAME PROBLEM HERE!! EVERYTHING WAS ALRIGHT AND NEXT DAY . . . NOTHING!!!! MY TOUCHSCREEN DECIDED TO STOP WORKING!! NOKIA PLEASE DO SOMETHING !! YOU ARE LOOSING ME!!!! HURRY!!!!!

This might be a silly question - but have any of you thought of installing v20 and then flashing your phones?

Flashing solves a lot of issues....

I cannot install the v20 as the version I have is the most current one everytime I tried to update to see if v20 is available. Also I did a hard reset and wiped it clean and reinstall the current version that I have and still no luck it still acts up and freeze the phone. I went back to using my E71 instead, if I do not see the v20 update within the next few days I will send my phone in to get it repaired.
