nokia c5-03 fell in the toilet, please help

I just got a new phone and accidentally dropped it in the toilet. I fished it out straight away and dried it as much as possible. It turns on and seems to be working but there are clear water marks on the screen, I don't know if that will go away and will it cause problems as it is a touchphone, at the moment I've placed in a bag of dry rice and hoping it will dry :smileysad: Also does anyone know where the water damage indicator is located on the  nokia c-5-03?

Remove battery soon as possible, don't turn on until completely dry and have a look at this resource:/t5/Pool-of-Knowledge/Dropped-your-phone-in-water-Here-s-what-to-do-next/td-p/380349
