nokia 5530 video capture problem

When I switch from the normal picture camera mode to video capture, my phone seems to zoom in for some odd reason, and i can't zoom further out again. I made a video to illustrate my problem: http://s3.photobucket.com/albums/y70/Yifski/?action=view&current=P1010901.flv

 

Is this normal?

Can anyone help me solve this problem somehow?

If not, is this a defect that falls under warranty and should I go back to the store with it?

Even if you can't help me, it'd be of use to me if someone else who ownes a 5530 would check if it's the same on their phone.
