V20 has been available in the UK for months on unbranded models.

Is your handset locked to a network or network branded?

If so then that is the reason you cannot update to v20. The networks are very slow to approve new firmware and some (like O2 UK) don't bother at all.

Hi

I've just upgraded my N95 to the latest version V20..... but I did but my phone SIM free, mainly because my last phone was on contract with O2 and I could never ever get a firmware/software update, I eventually had to get the phone unlocked but then that caused a whole other set of problems.
