Have you tried to refresh your music library so it can add the files back?

Try connecting phone in mass storage mode and select show all files, look in 'private on E and delete the files listed, has worked for me in the past !
Storage Drives: (Mass storage E, Memory Card F)
\private\101ffca9\harvesterdbvx_x.dat
\private\10281e17\[string]mpxvx_x.db
\private\10281e17\[string]pcvx_x.db
TIP: Connect the device in USB mass storage mode (File Transfer), to locate the private folder from the PC.
TIP: STRING and x_x will change depending on your phone.
After you've done this, then you should be able to re-scan and re-create the Music Library.
Good Luck

I've given it 5 minutes now, after deleting those files, and it still is just searching. There was a .journal file and some thumbnails DB file too. Should I try deleting them too?

I really couldn't suggest you do something if I haven't already done it myself, and I've usually solved it deleting the files mentioned, sorry.
Only other solution is delete all your music and re-install which is a pain (I've had to do it before learning about the Harvester files) so give it a try if you like , but I've no idea what the result will be !
Good Luck
Ps have you re-booted the phone since deleting the files ?
