UMMM yeah I suggest changing the messaging storage to E. Mass memory, lol 400 emails? There are many threads on here and many websites talking about memory management, you can easily get to 40MB. What FW you using? V20 or V12?

Hi every one I got a Nokia N97 which is always out of memory regardless of what I d and often I transfer data from the C drive to another drive. I have to say the N97 has been the worse mobile phone I ever owned, I have for years always purchased Nokia phone but the N97 and the poor response from Nokia to this problem or trying to resolve this problem leaves a lot to be desired.

With this in mind I am seriously considering moving away from Nokia all together. I run a business and not been able to have a working phone is not acceptable. I think Nokia should acknowledge this problem and fix it once and for all. I am about to buy another mobile phone for one of my employees and it won’t be a Nokia…

Nokia shame on you for letting your customers down very disappointed and will not recommend the N97 to my business colleges

I think I am in the same positiona syou, 30 years a mobile phone owner, cant even remember when I last bought a NON nokia phone but the N97M is just un workable, have you had any response from Nokia or is it the usual, reset start again rubbish.
problem is everyone know the phone is C**p so resale is not on. Looks like Iphone or nothing just hate apple software for work.
