after having my n97 for about 5 months i have had a few issues with this phone.1st my phone siezed were i could'nt use the phone at all so it was sent back for repair,and now the phone's camera malfunctions were when you slide the lens cap down to activate it there is nothing but a black screen and you have to take the battery out to reboot it again and that does'nt always work either so if theres any solutions out there before i have to take it in again let me know.

If you haven't updated the software in the past few weeks, you're not up to date.

 

V20 is now available through NSU and should iron out a lot of problems.

 

Other than that, I'm not sure what your solution is but to get it back to Care.
