hi im new here
ok here it gose i buyed my n82 black 4 months ago and strat away i noties that when i play music with the inbuild music player and playing java games the phone starts to get hot then in a bout 5 mins the phone frezzs then it restart
but it dose it to when playing music and web browsing do you think i need a new battery?

Anyway, try bringing it to the nearest NCC or you can always do a hard reset.

HI
First remove any redundant program on your phone then scan it by an antivirus.
then take it to NSC(Nokia Service Centre) In your Country.
You can also upgrade your Firmware that may help.
If these do not work then you have a sofware problem.

Antivirus? There is no reason to scan the phone for viruses, because there aren't viruses for mobiles!
The best you have to do, is to take your phone to a nokia care centre.

actually phoenhacker is right when it comes to symbian. there is a very limited number of annoying programs that can hurt the phone but not really a virus per se for symbian os. it is the safest mobile os out there. now it is usually human error that allows things to go wrong. i would never recommend a anit virus program for symbian as it is a complete waste of money.
dont accept files over bt from unknown sources
use firewall/ani virus software on your COMPUTER
do not use carcked apps on your phone and you are good to go
