hye, my problem start when i was trying to install whatsapp application in my n97. then the phone kept popping "memory full!" and ask me to delete some data. so i've tried deleting some msgs and unfortunately i've deleted the .sis and .config file. then my phone starts to fail (can't trace the call log, can't do backup with ovi suite etc). so i had hard reset it. the major frustration is i've lost all my contacts number and my msg. is there any way i can retrieve back those all? and i can't update the software using my phone. suddenly my ovi suite can't sync/read my device and my laptop says it can't successfully install device driver. pls..pls help.i'm miserable right now.

Quickest and easiest way: Visit a nokia care point and have them dead flash the phone.
