i have 5800XM my music player dosnt work.

i reset my phone,flash it, updated it to last version(52.0.007), but it still dosnt work!!

i recieve this error when i open music player: "General: system error"

this error is shown two time and then i see twoo icon named "UNKNOWN"

pls help me with this
