memory issue for n97

i keep getting a flash up saying no memory on c drive delete items, however when i look at what memory is being used it says its all on sis applications! how do i sort this as it is infuriating

Clear the cache in the web browser (under privacy data) and (if you've isntalled google maps) do a reset on it...
