incoming text shows only phone number rather than name of contact who sent it

Any ideas? Person sending text is a known contact of mine, but phone only displays their phone number, not their name.

Of course I appreciate the potential answers and do not need hand holding. I interpreted the "...the fact that you are not me!" as a slam, uinless it is part of your signature and everyone gets it.

 

I will endeavor to make certain the answer to a question hasn't already been posted aso as not to waste your time.
