iam format nokia n97mini format mass stored ! lost all games and file music etc came with nokia n97 mini plz i need help ?

the preinstalled apps and games are a one time deal. if you have to reformat the phone you will lose them, as it happened in your case. the only way you can get most of them back is by purchasing them this time.

my phone new iam  purchasing to day ?

but some problem when connect with bluetooth with computer can not copy any file to the nokia n97 mini

but work with other phone to phone by bluetooth no problem

my bluetooth work with other phone nokia n73 and 5800 very good

nokia n97 mini work only good with transfer bluetooth from mobile to mobile !!

when copy from computer to nokia n97 mini get the coonection loss and can not be copy the file ?

and can not delete some file in mass stored in nokia n97 mini try formatt to solve the problem no change ?

and what the program and games include with mass stored ?

the mass sotred include VIP data with new nokia n97 mini ?
