everytime i open my camera , it says general: feature not supported.

First of all, try and reinstall the firmware. Sometimes it just goes haywire for no apparent reason and a second attempt might solve the issue.

Failing that, you could try a hard reset:

1) Press and hold the green "call", "3" and "*" buttons.
2) With those buttons pressed down, switch the phone on.
3) Keep pressing those 3 buttons and only release them once the phone shows signs of life such as the Nokia "hands" logo or the language selection screen.

If none of those work you'll have to pay a visit to a Nokia Care Point to see what they can do.

Well that's just great !!! A small word of warning that you might erase every contact in your phone remove every setting and delete every preference that you've accumulated over the time that you've owned your phone WOULDN'T HAVE GONE ASTRAY !!

Oh, and on top of this... This will do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to repair the problem with your camera.

What the hell is a major corporation like Nokia doing allowing "Randoms" like you to go around calling themselves "Mobile Phone Gurus" and giving out useless information like this.

NOKIA... Get your act together and get some reliable product support happening on this web site. What sort of hospital gets the patients to go around operating on each other ???
