I currently own a nokia 5800 and just recently it has broken completely not as in smashed up but i suspect a software problem because it will not do anything... wont charge, wont turn on, wont anything. Ive looked around the net and tried everything including hard reset but nothing has worked. Anyone else had this problem? So i was wondering... what should i do?? Am i able to send it off somewhere? Pleeeeeeaase help im dying without my music and texts.

You might want to try your local Nokia Care Point.

Elsewhere:
