I have a 5800 h3g with firmware v21 I don't succeed in adjourning him/it to the v31

Is their a update for your phone .

you can check if there any update available for your product code :

To find what the latest available device software is, you’ll need your device’s product code. The code is printed on the white label beneath the battery (e.g. CODE: 0520001).
