After the installation of social network 1.3 update . . By mistake i uninstalled the social 1.3 from my installed files . . Now whenever i open social app it gives me an error

Check software updates in the applications folder, if the option for Social update isn't available , you'll need to visit a Nokia Care Point !

Really? Are you suggesting OP (and me, who has the same problem) to haul **bleep** down to the nearest Care Point and have them reinstall the firmware and wipe all application data only to return the phone in an exact same state as before? Because I read some accounts of this on this very forum, and I'm bloody sure this won't work out positively.

i have more than 50 + application including games installed . . Is there no other way ? It says Uninstall And reinstall communities . . Where Will i find communities download ?

Working Now ... 

After downloading the update from this link http://nmota.messaging.nokia.com/clients/Social_1_3_update.sisx .. Its working perfectly alright ....

hello, I'm not using facebook nor twitter, is it safe for me to uninstall Social app or will I miss some features? Will it remove "Social networks" widget from the contacs book? Thanks!

Yes... any of these ones from Beta Labs won't install..... anymore.
