Hello! everybody.

I need the driver for 'n73 music edition' to sync with 'windows media player 12'

(pc operating system windows 7).

I have installed the latest version of 'nokia pc suite' and 'nokia ovi suite' in my computer.

Is there any solution?

The only way I've found to solve this problem is to remove all Nokia/Ovi software from add and remove software, including any drivers. Then just install the latest version of one of the programmes to avoid conflict. Also if you connect  phone in mass storeage mode you can simply drag and drop your music collection to the phone.

I tried these steps, phone is connecting in 'mass storage mode' and can be operated, but is not showing in 'windows media player' sync tab nor in 'nokia ovi player'.

I have tried two times once with 'pc suite' and then with 'ovi suite' as you stated. but same results every time.

please give any solution, and thanks once again.

If the phone will connect in Mass Storage, then it's not a physical problem (cable or usb contacts) try connecting phone in mass storage then once connected, go to connectivity in settings and see if you can change to PC Suite !

Problem solveed.

First, i uninstall all the applications for the handset from my pc (pc suite, ovi suite, ovi player, driver package etc.),then restarting pc, i install the 'pc suite version 6.8 & MTP driver' from the CD, supplied during purchase, and then connect the phone with different modes.

It causes all driver installation successfully.

This time phone is able to sync with 'windows media player'.

Now I install the 'latest pc suite' version, without closing previous 'pc suite application', which causes only updation of the pc suite. Later i install 'ovi suite' and 'ovi player'.

Now phone is able to connect with 'ovi player' and 'windows media player', also 'mass storage mode' and 'pc sute mode' is connecting without any trouble.
