does someone know how to errase the Boingo, Qik and Jokuspot from a N97?

Hi, i got my N97 3 days ago.

 

My issue is that it came with a lot of applications i dont want, and also consume memory.

 

Does someone know how to errase the Boingo, Qik and Joskuspot? I go to the Administrator of Applications and i don't find them by their name.

read this thread n you will see get to know hw to remove boing. n for qik n joikuspot i dnt hve ny idea as i am finding a way to get rid of this.
