because my phone is dead now i want to know that 

will they install belle or give me the old one anna

If belle is available for your product code it will come back with belle on it. If not then it will have anna. If they have to replace the phone it will probably have belle.

If you want a definitive answer contact the place where you left the phone for repair.

If they follow repair guidelines it will have belle on it. There is nothing more than anyone here can tell you so you will just have to be patient and see what it comes back with.
