Hi
I have bought a nokia 5800 3 weeks ago.
I looked for the manner to (barring call) call (as I used it witn samsung) but I don't succeed.
I tried with
settings==> calling==> call barring==> incoming calls==>activate==>select==> barring pass word.
the problem that it asked me a barring password and I tried 0000 or 1234 or 1111 but the answer is all the time request non completed.
Please help me.

The call barring feature that you are using here is a network service which your service provider has to activate on your account and provide the password.
Call barring blocks certain types of calls, such as international calls etc., it is not usable to block individual numbers if that is what you are trying to do. Nokia phones haven't had this feature for many years as it was not widely used, but you can search for a 'blacklist' application to install on your 5800 to achieve this goal.

As I pointed out, Radical24 misunderstood you.
The call barring code is not a standard code in the phone, it is issued by the network operator.

There are some third-party apps that can help you with things like call barring that gives you a finer level of control than most of the provider services.
You could check out this program:
You can bar calls only at certain times, logs rejected calls, automatic SMS responses, etc.
