Hello everyone :smileyhappy:

 

So... When i turn my phone on, all it does is show up with a black screen, that sometimes flashes, instead of the white background with nokia and hands touching. Mobile has been unusable for about three months now :smileysad: Worked fine until i hooked it up to my BFs PC... Any ideas on what to do peoples? :smileyhappy: HELP! *scared*

what phone ? Is there any charge in the battery ?

Oops, forgot to say lol, it's a nokia n97 mini, and yup it's fully charged :smileyhappy:

Try this, if it doesn't work you'll have to go to a Nokia Care Point !

If you follow the instructions correctly and don't release the power button untill the shaking hands appear it should work. If a Hard reset won't resolve the situation, you WILL need to go to a Nokia Care Point !
